Racheal is a passionate Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2021 and brings 5 years of experience as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at multidisciplinary clinics and in her private practice, helping people with digestive and nervous systems issues that can arise from chronic stress, fatigue, improper sleep, and grief. Using an empowering and education based approach, her sessions are client-led in an open, supportive and non-judgemental environment and place emphasis on positive, additive nutrition and respect for all ways of eating. Racheal believes there is an intrinsic connection between our personal health, societal health, and the health of the planet. Accessible health, ancestral and cultural connections, traditional knowledge, modern science, care for the earth and community are pillars of her practice. Racheal is also a Community Herbalist and teaches Intro to Herbal Medicine classes at Pacific Horticulture College and Camosun College, as well as adult community education workshops. Sustainable, heart centered herbalism are the pillars of her practice.
